1. Consulting Services

Academic And Athletic Sports Consulting, LLC agrees to provide the academic and athletic sports consulting services described in the specific proposal, statement of work, or service agreement. These may include academic planning sessions, eligibility guidance, recruiting communication coaching, workshops, and related deliverables. Timelines and outcomes are estimates only and not guarantees, because results depend on many factors outside our control (for example, institutional decisions, rule changes, or athlete performance).

2. Payment Terms

Invoices for services are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in the Service Agreement. Failure to pay may result in an immediate pause of scheduled sessions, workshops, or other active services.

3. Intellectual Property

The Agreement does not transfer from Us to you any of Ours or third party intellectual property, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with Academic And Athletic Sports Consulting, LLC and its licensors. Client-provided materials, transcripts, video, and performance data you share remain your property.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, subject to the conditions outlined in your specific consulting agreement.

5. Changes

Academic And Athletic Sports Consulting, LLC reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
